  • Zachary Wood to Address Community on October 12

    Church Farm School will welcome Zachary R. Wood as a speaker on Friday, October 12 at 7:00 p.m. in the school's Pavilion. Wood is known for his dynamic perspective on free speech, race and dissenting opinions. Wood entered the national spotlight while a senior at Williams College, where he acted as president of the student group Uncomfortable Learning. Wood strengthened the groups' commitment to inviting speakers with controversial perspectives to speak freely on the college's campus. Wood is an activist for free speech and a firm believer that civil debate is a crucial part of one's education.

Founded in 1918 to provide an excellent education to young men from limited means, Church Farm School continues to fulfill its mission of educational opportunity. The school offers a challenging college preparatory curriculum and an exceptional level of personal attention, with class sizes averaging between just 7 and 12 students.
