Academic Tracks
Students can take advantage of college prep and Dual Enrollment classes at CFS. Your son will also get the support he needs to be successful.
Electives and Clubs
Popular electives include creative writing, woodworking, choir, sports journalism and contemporary human rights & revolutions. Students can further explore areas of interest in one of our many clubs. Student favorites include photography, robotics and multicultural issues.
Championship Athletics
Our students develop key leadership skills like hard work, consistency, determination and good sportsmanship — all within a community of like-minded young men. The Griffins have a winning tradition with championship basketball, track and field and wrestling teams.
Dedicated Teachers
All of our teachers are also faculty advisors to a group of 4-5 students who meet twice weekly and go on outings together. In addition to being members of a grade-level team, all teachers are available weekly for evening study hall and various weekends throughout the year. Teachers coach sports or run lunchtime and afternoon clubs, and some of them oversee dormitory life.

- Dean of Studies: Ensures students are enrolled in courses that best reflect their aptitude and interests, especially upon deciding on a college track.
- Grade-level Leaders: Provide various social-emotional learning activities to prepare students for life in college and beyond.
- College Guidance Director: Offers grade-level support to help students with course selection and finding the best fit socially, financially and academically.

You can apply to Church Farm School through the CFS application. Students applying to multiple schools might save time using the Standard Application Online. If you opt to use this method, be sure to indicate Church Farm School.
Step 2: Schedule an Interview
An interview is required as part of the application process. Interviews can be conducted before or after a campus visit. If a campus visit is not possible, we offer virtual interviews via Zoom or FaceTime. The Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) is required for all applicants. For more information on registration and test dates, please contact SSATB in Princeton, NJ at (609) 683-4440 or visit www.ssat.org. To ensure Church Farm School receives your score report, our SSAT school code is 2236. We will also accept ISEE scores. Our ERB code is 393150.
If English is not your primary language and/or if you have attended an English-speaking school for less than three years, we require you to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language exam (TOEFL IBT or ITS), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Duolingo. The Church Farm School is an independent boarding and day school for boys in grades 9-12 located in Exton, PA. Founded in 1918 to provide an excellent education to young men from limited means, Church Farm School now serves boys from a range of socio-economic circumstances who are seeking an extraordinary educational opportunity. The school offers a challenging college preparatory curriculum and an exceptional level of personal attention, with class sizes averaging between just 7 and 12 students.
