Annual Giving

The Backbone of Giving to CFS

Generous alumni, parents and friends make gifts each year to provide scholarships and sustain our educational programs. Other than endowment income, the Annual Fund is the largest source of direct operating support for CFS. It is vital, and its impact is felt throughout the school. Annual Fund gifts provide resources for faculty salaries, classroom budgets, technology equipment, the chaplaincy program and student scholarships.

While gifts of any size are welcomed and deeply appreciated, some donors choose to support a student or students for a year through the Griffin Scholars Program. These donors have an opportunity, if they wish, to meet their students at luncheons twice annually and have the immense satisfaction of knowing they have helped deserving young men to transform their lives.

CFS Giving Clubs allows donors to choose their level of participation:

  • Founder’s Society: $50,000 and above
  • Ambassador's Society: $25,000 - $49,999
  • Scholar’s Society: $5,000 – $24,999
  • Headmaster’s Society: $1,000 - $4,999
  • Greystock Society: $500 - $999
  • Maroon and Grey Society: $100 - $499
  • Griffin Society: Up to $100
