Centennial Convocation Featuring Keynote Speaker Dr. Christopher Fiorentino

About Dr. Fiorentino: Dr. Fiorentino has been active at West Chester University since 1983, when he joined the faculty while working on his doctoral degree in economics. Dr. Fiorentino started as an assistant professor and rose to become the Dean of the College of Business and Public Affairs (now the College of Business and Public Management), a position he held for more than 20 years. In 2013, he became the vice president for External Operations, helping WCU fulfill its mission to serve local communities and the Commonwealth as a source of knowledge and skill development, a research center and a service provider. Under Dr. Fiorentino's leadership, enrollment in WCU programs in Philadelphia increased more than 80 percent from 2014 to 2015. He became interim president in April 2016. In January 2017, he officially became WCU's 15th President.
