Head of School Search Consultants to Visit CFS

May 2, 2024

Dear Members of the Church Farm School Community,

We are excited to welcome our Head of School Search consultants from Carney Sandoe & Associates - Darryl Ford, Brandon Jacobs and Burke Zalosh - to our campus on Monday, May 13 and Tuesday, May 14. During these two days, parents, students, faculty, staff and alumni will have the opportunity to share their perspectives of CFS and the ideal qualities for our next Head of School. These listening sessions will inform Darryl, Brandon and Burke as they prepare a comprehensive and compelling profile that captures our vision for our next Head of School.

The Search Committee will also solicit feedback from our community through a confidential online survey administered and aggregated by Carney Sandoe. We are asking faculty, parents, alumni and board members for their candid feedback on this survey. All responses are both confidential and anonymous and go directly to our consultants who will consolidate the feedback and use it to ensure we have considered all points of view from our key constituents. At the end of the survey, you will also have an opportunity to nominate any educator known to you who might be a good candidate for us.

The Search Committee is deeply grateful for your participation in this process, and we expect to keep you informed over the next months through announcements and our website of the important milestones in the search process.

Best wishes and thank you,

Vincent J. Napoleon
Head of School Search Chair
Vice Chair, CFS Board of Directors
