CFS Appoints Vincent J. Napoleon Board Chair and President

The Church Farm School Board of Directors, at its May 14, 2024, Annual Meeting, elected Vincent J. Napoleon as Chair and President through May 2027. Vince joined the Board in 2018 and for the past year, has been serving as Vice Chair alongside Matthew J. Burns, whose three-year term as Chair and President recently expired. Vince is a seasoned C-suite business leader, legal executive and retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Colonel with extensive experience representing global Fortune 100 and 500 aerospace, technology, advanced technology, heavy industry, professional services and life-science related companies. He is Founder and Principal of Eagle Consulting Advisors, a business and legal advisory services firm. Vince also serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association where he presides over disputes between commercial parties.

As Chair, Vince oversees all Board Committees, which include an Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Audit Committee, Governance Committee, Building and Grounds Committee, Student Development and Marketing Committee and Development Committee. He also chairs the Head of School Search Committee, which is currently undergoing a national recruitment for Church Farm’s next leader. In the coming school year, Vince will work closely with Interim Head of School Tiffany Scott on a number of initiatives, including the current ongoing upgrades to the school’s residential cottages where more than 150 students and cottage faculty reside.

Active in church and civic duties, Vince also serves on the Board of Directors for the Bishop Walker School for Boys in Washington, DC. He is a former member of the Diocesan Council of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, DC, and the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of American National Capitol Area Council. Vince holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on International Management and Marketing from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College and the U.S. Air Force Air War College.

Vincent resides in Potomac, MD, with his wife Lisa and are the proud parents of two adult children, Erin and Ian.
