Sibo Tuyishimire's Inspiring Story

Sibo Tuyishimire '22, a sophomore who matriculated to Church Farm School this year, was recently featured in the Daily Local News and on 6ABC. Sibo grew up in Rwanda, where he lost many siblings to genocide and illness. At just 3 years old, Sibo was diagnosed with cancer and spent many years undergoing treatment in Rwanda and Uganda before Partners in Health brought him to Massachusetts for a bone marrow transplant which saved his life. Now, Sibo is a happy, healthy young man grateful for the many opportunities afforded him, including wrestling for the CFS Griffins, singing in the CFS Choir and sharing his joy with all who come into contact with him. Read more here or watch the video below!
