Church Farm School Welcomes Four New Board Members

The Church Farm School recently welcomed four new members to its Board of Directors, which oversees the school’s operations and promotes its mission within the larger community.

John D. Diederich is recently retired as managing director and chief operating officer of Royce & Associations, LLC, investment manager for the Royce Funds. John was active with the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and is the former Chairman of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee. He is also a former member of the Executive Committee and President of the Closed-End Fund Association. In addition, he served on the Board of Governors of the Mutual Fund Education Alliance.

Vincent J. Napoleon is a seasoned C-suite business leader, legal executive and retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Colonel currently serving as the vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer for Fincantieri Marine Group, LLC. Active in church and civic activities, Vincent serves on the Diocesan Council of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, DC, and is a member of the Financial Oversight Committee for the Bishop Walker School for Boys, a private day-school for boys administered by the Diocese of Washington.

Peter C. Phillips, M.D. is an attending physician with the Cancer Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and is also a professor of pediatrics with the department of pediatrics, division of oncology, at CHOP and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Richard C. Weber leads DNB First’s Wealth Management Group, and has held executive level responsibilities at Fifth Third Bank, Comerica Bank, National City Bank and Meridian Bancorp. Besides serving on Church Farm School’s Leadership Council, Rick is a Trustee of the Friends Association for the Care and Protection of Children in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
