Health Center

The CFS Health Center is located on the residential side of campus next to the Chapel. The Health Center offers medication administration, assessments for minor illnesses and schedules transportation for offsite doctor appointments. The Health Center keeps and maintains all medical information with Magnus (formally known as Careflow), an electronic Medical records system. The Health Center is open daily Monday to Friday and scheduled hours on Saturday and Sunday. A nurse is available 24/7 for both emergent and non-emergent care. Important information for both returning and prospective students/parents:

  • CFS follows PIAA standards for sports physicals, therefore all physicals must be completed on or after June 1 of the current year.
  • Out of state Medicaid is NOT accepted in Pennsylvania.
  • International students are required to purchase school insurance-see Parent Handbook.
  • Immunizations - CFS follows state and local required vaccines with the additional recommendation of MCV (meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine) and Tdap (Tetanus with Pertussis booster).

School Counselor

The School Counselor operates and oversees several programs to provide personal, social and emotional support to students. The School Counselor is responsible for meeting with students both individually and in groups, and assisting in the assessment of student mental health needs. The Counselor also serves as the liaison with outside therapists and the school’s consulting psychologist.
The Church Farm School is an independent boarding and day school for boys in grades 9-12 located in Exton, PA. Founded in 1918 to provide an excellent education to young men from limited means, Church Farm School now serves boys from a range of socio-economic circumstances who are seeking an extraordinary educational opportunity. The school offers a challenging college preparatory curriculum and an exceptional level of personal attention, with class sizes averaging between just 7 and 12 students.
