CFS Hires Chet Blair as Director of Student Life

The Church Farm School (CFS)—an independent boarding and day college preparatory school for boys in grades 9-12 in Exton, PA, is pleased to announce that Chet Blair has joined the school as its new Director of Student Life. Blair has more than 20 years of experience working with students, most recently having spent 14 years at The Shipley School as Director of Diversity and Student Life and Associate Director of Admissions. He has also worked in urban education in Philadelphia and Wilmington.

Mr. Blair is an advocate for students seeking opportunity and instilling in them the tools to realize their potential. He believes in doing what is best for each student, meeting their individual needs and inspiring them to be successful learners and productive citizens within community. A former collegiate basketball player and Hall of Fame inductee at West Chester University (Class of 1997), Chet enjoys working out, cheering on all the Philadelphia teams and spending time with his wife, Dawn and their three children, Kayla, Brianna and Trey.
