STUDENTS: Be sure to get your PIAA pre-participation physical form completed over the summer. You WILL NOT be permitted to participate in athletics next year until this form is on file at CFS, please bring the form with you upon your return or mail it to school ahead of your return. No other physical form will do, it must be the official PIAA physical form, pages 1-5. You can also access the form from the PIAA site: PIAA FORM
CFS Athletics
CFS believes that athletics are an important part of each student's education -- teaching sportsmanship, good conduct, spirit of competition, adherence to rules and development of skills. The school offers a range of both team and individual athletic opportunities. Participation in athletics, either interscholastic or intramural, is required for all students each season.
